• Apply for new home building permit. Montgomery County will require 30 to 60 days to approve the building permit. The can take a bit longer depending on the counties backlog.
  • Apply for a Demolition permit. This is required only when we are demolishing a structure already located on the lot. At this stage we will need house vacant and will be disconnecting the water, sewer, gas, electric and cable from the structure.

  • The Civil Engineering Package is need for the Land Development Permits:
    • Sediment Control
      • Sediment Control is intended to prevent sediment from leaving a construction site during construction activity.
      • Must have approved erosion, sediment control and storm water management plans before construction begins
    • Right-of-Way
      • Required when digging or excavating anywhere within the right-of-way, installation or replacement of lines or conduits, erection of utility poles, removing or replacing curbs, gutters, sidewalks, driveway aprons or other public improvements, as well as lane closures on public roadways and closures of public sidewalk for any purpose
